Field Training

The partnership between education and the labor market is
the cornerstone for empowering graduates,

due to the diversity of our institution's specialties, our partners
are distributed across five

vital sectors that ensure field training that keeps pace with technological development, namely:

First, the energy and industry field

It targets the fields of petroleum and electrical engineering, and is considered the main artery for employment through the National Oil Corporation and its companies to provide advanced training centers, as well as global companies like Halliburton and (SLB) for training on the latest drilling technologies, and the General Electricity Company for work in generation stations and digital control.

Secondly, the technology and digitization field

It serves computer specialties and provides technical opportunities through the General Authority for Communications to develop cybersecurity skills, the Libyan Technology Foundation as an incubator for innovation and programming, and telecommunications companies (Libyana and Al-Madar) for training in cloud solutions and modern networks.

Thirdly, the finance and business field

It focuses on administrative and financial sciences to refine leadership skills through commercial banks for training on banking systems, accounting and auditing offices to gain experience in budgets and taxes, and chambers of commerce and industry to connect graduates with project management.

Fourthly, the healthcare field

The necessary clinical training for the nursing specialty is provided in hospitals and public and private medical centers to apply skills in the intensive care and emergency departments, accredited clinics for handling advanced equipment, and relief organizations such as the Red Crescent for training in first aid and field nursing.
