- Quality Assurance and Development: Providing proposals for the development of academic and technical work, and updating curricula to align with labor market requirements.
- Supervision of staff: technical evaluation and scientific supervision of faculty members and teaching assistants, and reviewing the files of applicants for academic positions.
- Scientific cooperation: Proposing and concluding cooperation agreements with universities and other research centers locally and internationally.
